If WWE Superstars were Olympians

All WWE Superstars have specific characteristics that define them, and some of these traits are also the defining elements of Olympians. What do CM Punk and Ryan Lochte have in common? You're about to find out.

DX / Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh
I know what you're thinking, right? What does the most infamous, controversial, and possibly the best tag team of all time have to do with two thirty-year-old beach volleyball players? Well, first off, DX and the American beach volleyball gold medalists are masters of their craft and have two legends on each of their respective teams. Shawn Michaels and Triple H: these names are synonymous with WWE. Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh: also two names that immediately come to mind when you think of their sport, which goes to show you how much DX and Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh have in common.

Rey Mysterio/ Jordyn Wieber
Almost a year ago, Rey Mysterio won his first WWE Championship ever on Monday Night Raw. Just an hour later, he lost it to John Cena. Jordyn Wieber also knows what it feels like to be on an emotional roller coaster, when she failed to make the girls' gymnastics all-around final, then the very next day, she won the team gold. That's not the only thing they have in common; they are also both great acrobats and high flyers, making the  two have more in common than you would think between a 37 year old pro wrestler and a 17 year old gymnast.

CM Punk/Ryan Lochte
CM Punk has been taking a back seat to the face of the company, John Cena, for far too long. Ryan Lochte has always been overshadowed by the face of the Olympics, Michael Phelps. Both Punk and Lochte have recently started to take the spotlight back, with Punk being in the main event of Summerslam and Lochte winning two gold, two silver, and one bronze medal in this year's summer Olympics.

John Cena/ Michael Phelps
This was an easy one. If you ask anyone about swimming, they will most likely mention Michael Phelps. The same thing can be said for John Cena, who has, like Phelps, broken a record for the most WWE Championship reigns while Michael Phelps has recently broken the record for Olympic medals with 21. Both of these athletes are the most famous and popular in their sport, which goes to show how much Cena and Phelps have in common.
